SAN ANTONIO, TX (August 2, 2022) – Community First Health Plans welcomes its staff and providers to the dedication and unveiling of the Hemisfair commemorative donor bench, installed in the Theatre Courtyard, marking the nonprofit’s long-lasting relationship with Hemisfair.
“Community First Health Plans is proud to support Hemisfair.” says Theresa Scepanski, President & CEO of Community First Health Plans, “As the only local health plan in San Antonio, we’re proud to support Hemisfair in their mission to improve the overall health of our community. We are excited to see our community visit and interact in an inclusive environment and look forward to many years of families enjoying this gift.”
Contributions totalling $125,000 support park play, equipment, and maintenance so that every Hemisfair visitor can enjoy and benefit 365 days per year.
The event, culminating years of support, will be the perfect backdrop for a fun family night out, including a special Folklorico performance, words from Hemisfair artisans, a family scavenger hunt, and prizes. Community First Health Plans President & CEO, Theresa Scepanski, will be in attendance alongside Community First and Hemisfair staff, and their families.
