Central Texas charter school invites professionals statewide to join Virtual Career Day!

Entrepreneurs and professionals will come together to inspire and mentor home-schooled students across San Antonio and central Texas. Virtual Career Day will enable parents and students to learn from everyday heroes.

SAN ANTONIO – April 13, 2020 — San Antonio Preparatory Community School is teaming up with EHCU Public Relations to host the first ever #VirtualCareerDay. The all-digital event invites area professionals and entrepreneurs to take to their social media pages to share what they do and how they have built their careers. Parents and students are invited to watch #VirtualCareerDay videos uploaded on Wednesday, April 15th and follow the conversation. Participants who wish to be spotlighted on the social sites of SA Prep and EHCÜ Public Relations should complete a quick online registration form, https://bit.ly/virtualcareerdaysignup.

“Now more than ever students need to understand the realistic job opportunities that will help create a well-rounded perspective of the world,” says Stephanie Hall Powell, Superintendent of San Antonio Preparatory Community School. “We want to create an opportunity to inspire future leaders of all ages while recognizing the real heroes who are on the front lines fighting the deadly COVID-19.”

The #VirtualCareerDay campaign will give homeschooling students and parents access to fresh and inspiring content that showcases career options in finance, real estate, health and fitness, beauty, legal services, tech, logistics and more.

Area organizations and corporations are invited to get involved as well by sharing how your offices are supporting the growth and development of San Antonio’s most niche communities.

Individuals and brands can officially participate by following 3 easy steps:
