
The Junior League of San Antonio is proud to present the 2nd Annual Unstoppable: Passion for a Purpose Luncheon on Wednesday March 4, 2020 from Noon – 1:30 PM at the Witte Museum, 3801 Broadway Street.
SAN ANTONIO – Feb. 24, 2020 — The 2nd Annual Unstoppable: Passion for a Purpose Luncheon brings together women and allies in San Antonio who, through volunteerism, give back to over 60+ not-for-profit institutions, children’s health, education, leadership initiatives and community needs in San Antonio. The event provides an opportunity to celebrate the numerous partners and collaborators who have joined in making an impact and for being Unstoppable.
“We hope to inspire women to work together, build together, grow together and be unstoppable…together,” says Yvonne Addison, President of The Junior League of San Antonio.
The event will feature keynote speaker Kendra Scott, the founder, CEO and designer of billion-dollar jewelry brand Kendra Scott. As a highly respected entrepreneur and designer, Kendra Scott believes the truest form of success is to give back in a meaningful way. The Kendra Scott company maintains a focus on its customers and the causes close to their hearts, having donated over $25 million to local, national and international causes since 2010.
This year, the 2nd Annual Unstoppable: Passion for a Purpose Luncheon will be held on Wednesday March 4, 2020 from Noon – 1:30 PM at the Witte Museum, 3801 Broadway Street at the Mays Family Center in the Witte Museum. Another highlight of this year’s Unstoppable: Passion for a Purpose Luncheon, is the celebration of 2019 – 2020 Junior League of San Antonio Volunteer Extraordinaire Award presented to KaRynn Kolm O’Connell. The Volunteer Extraordinaire award celebrates a sustaining member of the League who exemplifies the true spirit of voluntarism. O’Connell is a visionary who has been serving others throughout her League career and continues to dedicate her time and efforts in the community.
