
SAN ANTONIO – Jan. 16, 2020 — The Olaju Art Group invites everyone to experience a little piece of Africa at the 2020 African Market Festival. The full-day, family-friendly event will feature shopping, a fashion show, an Afrobeats dance workshop, African art, food, and music, and much more! The event, now in its fifth year, is part of the DreamWeek 2020 lineup of events.

This year Houston-based fashion line, Tribe of Dumo, will be the official brand partner for the Fashion Showcase, contemporary artist, Temi Coker, will feature a unique series of prints, posters, and paintings in the Market gallery and Afrobeats dance extraordinaire Queen Vee will lead an Afrobeats dance presentation and workshop.
Conceptually, the ‘African Market’ is a pop-up installation where participants can shop from premium vendors, engage with creative arts, and learn about a wide range of culturally relevant topics. For tickets please visit http://bit.ly/amftickets2020.
